These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RZP88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the RZP88 online gaming platform accessible at rzp88.cam and any related mobile applications, tools, or services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on RZP88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

RZP88 operates under international gaming regulations applicable to offshore online gaming platforms. Players accessing the platform are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on RZP88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This age requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling activities under most international licensing frameworks.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and persons acting as agents for third parties are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of RZP88 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the Platform. Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must have provided accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, and you are obligated to update that information promptly if it changes.

RZP88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time and to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

Registration of an Account on RZP88 requires the submission of accurate personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and current at all times.

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password combination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. RZP88 will treat all activity conducted under your Account credentials as authorised by you.

RZP88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. RZP88 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") where available. You must not share your credentials with any third party for any reason.

RZP88 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full banking credentials through any channel including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any such request from an individual claiming to represent RZP88 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify RZP88 immediately via live chat or email. RZP88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to such notification where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

RZP88 reserves the right to temporarily lock any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Affected players will be notified via registered email address.

RZP88 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT).

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent converted amount for cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit.

• All funds deposited must belong to you personally. Third-party deposits — including those made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited.
• You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity of any kind. RZP88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time or within minutes. Delays may occur due to payment provider processing times, and RZP88 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• RZP88 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying any such fees with your provider.

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds is subject to successful completion of KYC verification. RZP88 will request supporting documents including a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within three months.

Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. RZP88 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original deposit channel is no longer available or where AML considerations require it.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the cashier section at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing times: DuitNow and FPX transactions are typically completed within 5–30 minutes for verified Gold VIP accounts and within 1–4 hours for other verified accounts. Bank transfer timings may vary based on the receiving bank.
• RZP88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any hold.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted. Only Real Money Funds (including winnings derived from bonus play where all wagering requirements have been met) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by RZP88:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) applied to the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, as specified). A bonus with a x15 wagering requirement and a value of RM 200 requires RM 3,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward completion of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Sports pre-match bets may contribute at rates specified within individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When bonus funds are active on your account, the maximum permitted stake per round, spin, or bet is MYR 250, unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the time window specified in the applicable promotion terms. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings is capped at five times (5x) the value of the original bonus credited. Example: a RM 100 bonus carries a maximum bonus cash-out of RM 500.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of both promotions.
• Bonus Abuse: RZP88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated betting, use of automated software, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

All bets placed on RZP88 — whether on casino games, sports events, live in-play markets, or any other wagering product — are subject to the following general rules. Specific game and sport rules are additionally governed by the Game Rules accessible within each respective product interface.

• A bet is final and irrevocable once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmation is typically indicated by a bet reference number being issued. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after this point.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or game outcome due to a system, human, or data feed error, RZP88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake. Settlement of bets based on erroneous data does not create an entitlement to retain such winnings.
• For sports betting, markets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official league data provider. In-play markets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each specific market.
• RZP88 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any market, event, account, or game at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules specific to the Mix Parlay product. Minimum number of selections, maximum payout caps, and applicable markets are governed by the Mix Parlay terms accessible within the sports betting section.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance upon settlement of the applicable game round or sporting event. Settlement times vary by product and are detailed within the respective Game Rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RZP88 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether alone or in conjunction with other persons;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or system vulnerabilities ("bug abuse");
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting unauthorised access to another player's Account, the Platform's administrative systems, or any associated database;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Any conduct that RZP88 reasonably determines to constitute cheating, fraud, or abuse of the Platform or its other users.

All content on the RZP88 Platform — including but not limited to software code, database structures, graphical user interface elements, game assets, written content, brand names, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of RZP88 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, disassembled, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of RZP88. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or its content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to RZP88 regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you. By submitting such material, you waive any intellectual property rights you may have in that submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RZP88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform;
• Any service interruption, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform attributable to third-party infrastructure, payment providers, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider in connection with your deposits or withdrawals, including delays, chargebacks, or account restrictions imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds data, statistics, or promotional communications.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude RZP88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded, RZP88's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

RZP88 is committed to operating a responsible gambling environment. We implement a range of tools and policies designed to support player wellbeing and to prevent problem gambling behaviour, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits may not be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are permitted to lose within a specified timeframe.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts and automatic session termination after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply for a temporary pause on their Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from RZP88 may request self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusions are processed promptly and are irreversible for the agreed duration.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available Real Money Funds balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which RZP88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact RZP88's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. RZP88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, RZP88 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent or continuing harm.
